- Reservations in advance are strongly encouraged and subject to availability. To schedule your appointment, please email htina@kingspa.com after purchasing the service.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please email htina@kingspa.com up to 24 hours before the appointment time with no fee.
- We cannot guarantee the appointment duration if customers come later than the set appointment time as we have subsequent schedules for the day. (We'll do our best to accommodate/reschedule but this is not guaranteed and there will be no refund.)
- Admission passes are included in the package. You may come in at any time after 9am to enjoy amenities offered at Kingspa.
- All "No Shows" and "Late Cancellations(cancellations within 24 hours)" are subject to a 100% Cancellation Fee.

We accept full refunds on online orders up to 90 days. Refunds are only accepted on unused passes/packages. No refunds will be given for missed appointments.
