Guests ages 12–17 must be accompanied at all times by an adult of the same gender and present a school ID or birth certificate
Valid physical ID required (photos of IDs and foreign driver's licenses not accepted)

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing this admission pass, you agree to our terms and conditions, as well as our general rules and regulations. Spa treatments, products, and food & beverage are available at additional cost. Must be 18 or older to enter alone, valid ID required.

We accept full refunds on online orders up to 90 days. Refunds are only accepted on unused passes/packages. No refunds will be given for missed appointments.

Admission Pass : Online passes do not expire. You can also purchase passes at the door for the same price.

You agree not to file any chargeback, claim or dispute with your credit card company regarding the online order placed at ticket-virginia.kingspa.com or purchases made at the facility. King Spa has a 20-minute grace period if you are not happy with the facility or feel that it is too crowded you will receive a full refund as long as you did not use any of our amenities. You are eligible for a full refund as long as your stay was not over 20 minutes and you did not use any of our amenities (showers, pools, uniform, etc.) If you use any of our amenities during this 20-minute grace period (showers, pools, uniforms, etc.) you will only be refunded 60% of the entrance price. There are no refunds, discounts, or rainchecks for outdoor pools closing because of bad weather. There are no refunds, discounts, or rainchecks because you think the facility was too busy, loud, and/or crowded. There are no refunds, discounts, or rainchecks because certain rooms or equipment were not working, the sauna room temperature was not to your satisfaction or the water temperature was not to your satisfaction.
